Oak Knoll (N.J.) Rejoins Nike/USA Lacrosse High School Girls' National Top 25
Darien (Conn.) leads the same top three but there are some big jumps behind them in the latest Nike/USA Lacrosse High School Girls’ National Top 25.
Darien remains unbeaten at the top and McDonogh (Md.) and St. Paul’s (Md.) look headed on a collision course for their conference crown. Maryvale (Md.) bumps up a spot to No. 4 and unbeaten Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.) jumps up to No. 5.
Wantagh (N.Y.) and St. Anthony’s (N.Y.) had big weeks to climb significantly to round out the top 10. A second loss by New Canaan (Conn.) cost it a top-10 spot, though it is well within striking distance.
Oak Knoll (N.J.), which avenged an earlier loss to Summit (N.J.) takes the highest spot of the three newcomers to the rankings. Canandaigua (N.Y.) used its 12-2 start to make its first appearance in the Top 25. The same goes for Springfield-Delco (Pa.) which knocked out previously ranked Conestoga (Pa.) for its biggest win in an unbeaten season.
