PRESENTED BY TRAINING LACE

What’s been the proudest moment of your career?

Winning an ACC championship at UNC my senior year.

Who’s your favorite athlete?

Russell Westbrook. He plays incredibly hard with a chip on his shoulder every single night. He also wears No. 0, which I am a fan of as well.

If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?

Mark Cuban. I am a big fan of the show “Shark Tank,” and I am very interested in his business acumen as well as being the owner of the Dallas Mavericks.

What is your favorite hobby?

Golf. I try to play as much as I can, especially during the summer. I was fortunate that my dad got me playing at a young age and I have kept with it ever since.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

Skydiving in Hawaii.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn how to surf. I have been to Hawaii a couple times, specifically on the North Shore of Oahu. The surfers there on Pipeline are not messing around.

What is your favorite inspirational quotation?

“Practice like you have never won. Play like you have never lost.” — Michael Jordan

What’s on your bucket list?

Drive a couple laps around a NASCAR track.

Where are you going on your next vacation?

I am going to Scotland in September. Some of the sites I am looking forward to seeing are the Edinburgh Castle, Lake Loch Ness and the Harry Potter Train.

OVERTIME from U.S. gold medalist Kristin Igoe Guarino

If you could be on or be the host of any Food Network show, which one would you choose and why?

“Cupcake Wars,” because it really tests creativity.

DOUBLE OVERTIME from Instagram user @mannysanchez26

Jelly beans or gummy worms?

Jelly beans, specifically the Jolly Rancher flavor.

Pose a question for our next subject.

What are some specific things you do in your training (outside of sprints) to help with your conditioning?
