What was your senior quote in your high school yearbook?

“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” A youth soccer coach said it to me once and it stuck.

Where did you go on your last vacation?

Arizona with my fiancé. We visited friends and hiked through Phoenix, Sedona and Page. I highly recommend it.

If you owned a boat, what would you name it?

Get Lost.

What is your favorite hobby (other than lacrosse)?

DIY house projects. I love a good fresh coat of paint, changing decor and revamping a space.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

My first date with my fiancé was tickets to jump out of a plane. I lucked out and it was too windy. A year later we jumped over California. What a rush!

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Play the piano. My mom and grandma taught me a few songs from memory, but I would love to learn to play a few more.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza Hut stuffed crust.

Who is your role model?

Jen Adams otherwise known as the JA7. The first girls’ lacrosse camp I ever attended was run by Jen. Then I went on to play for her at Loyola and now I’m lucky enough to call her a friend.

What are your pregame rituals?

Drink a Hint water. Watermelon and blackberry are my favorite.

What’s the biggest obstacle you’ve overcome?

Coming back from an ACL tear my sophomore year of college. Watching from the sidelines that year gave me perspective and motivation.

What’s on your bucket list?

Visiting Thailand. I love to travel and see the world.

What childish things do you still do as an adult?

Accidentally drop my Oreos when dunking them in my milk.

What’s the last book you read?

“The Total Money Makeover,” by Dave Ramsey.

What song can you listen to all day long?

“Friends in Low Places,” by Garth Brooks.

Have you ever been told you look like someone famous? Who?

Kristen Wiig. Not too sure about that!
