For the second straight week, Georgia and Utah Valley retain the top spots in the WCLA Division I and II coaches’ polls, respectively. Both teams stayed at the top while being idle.
While the top four in the Division I poll remained the same, Florida Club jumped two spots to No. 5 this week. No. 7 Utah (up three spots) and No. 9 Virginia Tech (up four) were the biggest movers in the poll, with No. 14 Clemson (down six) and No. 15 Texas (down four) taking the biggest tumbles.
Undefeated Notre Dame Club and 2019 national runner-up Delaware Club were the newcomers in this week’s ranking.
The top four in Division II also remained unchanged, followed by UC Santa Cruz, which jumped four spots to No. 5. No. 6 Boise State and No. 8 Portland both moved up two slots from last week. Stony Brook Club jumped three spot to move into the top 10.
There were two newcomers in the D-II ranking — No. 18 Providence, which is undefeated, and No. 20 Texas State.
