Host Fred Opie interviews coaches and players at this years NCAA lacrosse final four in Foxborough, Mass., about what the best teams and players did to get better in 2017. The show includes interviews with Penn State and Boston College head coaches Missy Doherty and Acacia Walker, players Lucy Haubold (Penn State), Trevor Baptiste (Denver), Johnny Kelly (Ohio State), Dylan Maltz (Maryland), and Isiah Davis-Allen (Maryland). The conversation delves into what it takes to make it to the final four — putting in the work, eating and drinking clean, weight training and being selfless. We also learn how Baptiste earned a scholarship to Denver in the spring of his senior year in high school. Maltz talks about his family's lacrosse championship legacy and Davis-Allen talk about leadership and the culture Maryland Coach John Tillman has created since coming to College Park. Ohio State's Kelly talks about buy-in to Coach Nick Myers expectation for his players and the contribution of scout team players success of the team this year.
