Fred Opie is an author and former Syracuse University and U.S. National Lacrosse team player growing integrity, effort, and care on and off the field.

Do you have the coaching and teaching gift? Host Fred Opie interviews Boston College assistant lacrosse coach Kayla Treanor. She was a phenomenal college player at Syracuse University, where she earned All-American honors and was a Tewaaraton finalist.

Her playing career continues as a member of the U.S. women’s national lacrosse team, where she earned All-World honors this past summer, and playing in the United Women's Lacrosse League. Treanor talks about her recruiting experience, knowing from a young age that she had the calling to be a coach and teacher and playing for Syracuse coach Gary Gait.
