Fred Opie is an author and former Syracuse University and U.S. National Lacrosse team player growing integrity, effort, and care on and off the field.

Today, host Fred Opie talks about the release of his new book, Start with Your Gift, which is part lacrosse autobiography and part career advice. He leverages his background as a former Syracuse University and U.S. national team lacrosse player to tackle a contemporary problem: people are overpaying for education and youth sports; people don’t know the right career path to take.

Opie's book gets you to the place where you know what your gifts are, you have surrounded yourself with great mentors, you are trained to use your gifts, you love the work you do, you are well compensated for serving others with your gift, and you are living and giving like no one else.
