Fred Opie is an author and former Syracuse University and U.S. National Lacrosse team player growing integrity, effort, and care on and off the field.

Princeton alum and National Lacrosse Hall of Famer Kevin Lowe is a native of Mineola, N.Y.. While playing for Hall of Famer Bill Tierney at Princeton, Lowe helped the Tigers win two Ivy League Championships, four NCAA tournament bids, and two national championships in his four years. Lowe’s individual honors include All-American, All Ivy League and Ivy League player of the year, national attackman of the year, and US national team selection.

Like the Adams and Bushes who have had father and son serve as U.S. presidents, Kevin comes from a distinguished family line. He was the third member of his family named to the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame, joining his father, Alan, and older brother, Darren.
