Fred Opie is an author and former Syracuse University and U.S. National Lacrosse team player growing integrity, effort, and care on and off the field.

Bryan Kelly has been the head varsity lacrosse coach at Calvert Hall College in suburban Baltimore since 1996. He is a three-time Coach of the Year ('96, '03, '12) in one of the nation's toughest high school lacrosse conferences and has coached the Cardinals to 2 MIAA Championships.

He was an All-American defenseman at The University of North Carolina where he captained the 1991 National Championship Team. He and host Fred Opie talk about setting healthy boundaries for your players, verbal commits, and FCA.
