In January, more than 7,000 lacrosse coaches, officials, fans and industry representatives descended on Philadelphia for the US Lacrosse Convention, annually the sports largest educational and networking event and trade show.

Did you know that US Lacrosses catalogue of online courses includes a national convention library of sessions from 2016-19? That doesn't even begin to cover the breadth of resources available to members in the e-learning portal.

“Having an opportunity to share inclusive practices with coaches across the country through a webinar was an effective way to strengthen the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusions,” said Lisa Drennan of Merge Consulting, a presenter of the Inclusive Coaching webinar. “The interactive component allowed participants to give feedback and live commentary that I could react to in the moment. Many coaches taking part in the webinar reached out to me afterward to continue the conversation on how to best support players with diverse abilities such as autism or learning disabilities to be successful members of their teams.”

Webinar = Web + Seminar

The US Lacrosse Webinar Series offers members the opportunity to interact live with the experts of the sport. The menu includes rules interpretations for officials, training tips and the latest from the Lacrosse Athlete Development Model for coaches, onboarding for parents who are new to the sport and much more.
