Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Rutgers’ Kieran Mullins is the latest NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse star to announce his intention to return in 2021.

An All-American attackman and two-year captain, Mullins decided to delay his plans to attend medical school and take advantage of the NCAA’s eligibility relief for student-athletes whose spring season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. “It was kind of a no-brainer for me once the dust settled to have another chance to come back and play Rutgers lacrosse again,” Mullins said Tuesday in a post on ScarletKnights.com.

Mullins, a cell biology and neuroscience major, has been a starter since stepping on campus in 2017. He has 179 points (99 goals, 80 assists) in 47 career games.

2. Tari Kandemiri aka Official Lax Girl, one of the sport’s most influential figures on social media, shared her five best follows in the latest installment of our “5-and-5” series Tuesday.

3. Summarizing a summer of activism, US Lacrosse Magazine’s Matt Hamilton and Nelson Rice examined how the Premier Lacrosse League’s Black Lacrosse Alliance an Major League Lacrosse’s Black Players Coalition aka MLL Four turned pro lacrosse into a platform for change.

4. Former Albany All-American Sarah Martin has resurfaced as the head coach at Saint Rose, an NCAA Division II women’s lacrosse team in Albany, N.Y. The Golden Knights announced the hire Tuesday.
