1. The 30-tea 2023 Men’s World Championship field is set.

Uganda claimed the final spot in the World Championship field, topping Kenya 9-8 in triple overtime to punch its ticket. A total of 20 qualifiers join the top 10 finishers from the 2018 World Championship.

2. Will Mark is a well-traveled goalie, but he’s making his next stop in Syracuse.

The California native who originally committed to Vermont and eventually settled in LIU now looks to make an impact between the pipes in the Dome.

• Villanova women’s lacrosse released its 2023 season schedule, which includes two Philadelphia  rivals in February.

• Towson men’s lacrosse dropped its 2023 season schedule, which features nonconference trips to Charlottesville and Richmond.

• Lacrosse Bucket checks in on Hampton men’s lacrosse after its fall season. Will 2023 be the year that the Pirates get their first Division I win?

• Elon women’s lacrosse players are heading to Greece over the holiday break to work with children from the American Community School.

• Wake:Riat “Bo” Bowhunter is hoping to follow in his father’s footsteps, inspiring the next generation of lacrosse players.
