Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. The U.S. Sixes training camp concludes today at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. Among the more notable developments on the men’s side: the addition of Tom Schreiber — a perfect fit for the 6v6 discipline that will be played at The World Games next month in Birmingham, Ala.
2. American Heritage-Delray (Fla.) standout Carlie Fleisher and Dallas Jesuit (Texas) sniper McAllister Hobbs were profiled as part of our high school postseason rollout. Fleisher and Hobbs are the South Region Players of the Hear. Fleisher is also the National Player of the Year.
3. World Lacrosse Women’s Championship opening ceremonies are exactly one week away. Our latest coverage includes Emma Healy’s feature on a Swedish mother-daughter duo competing in the event, as well as Paul Ohanian’s Q&A with China’s Hualing Yu.
