1. Former UMass-Lowell women’s lacrosse player Noelle Lambert, now a U.S. Paralympic athlete, was named the 2020 Women of Worth National Honoree, as announced by L'Oréal Paris on Giving Tuesday. Lambert received $25,000 for her Born to Run Foundation for earning the honor.

2. Former North Carolina men’s lacrosse player Brandon Pierce has turned his passion for the sport and filmmaking into a documentary on Black lacrosse history.

3. World Lacrosse sat down with Team USA star Taylor Cummings as part of its “5 for Towson” video series.

At 5 years old, @tcummings_21 never heard of lacrosse. A year later, she picked up a stick for the first time.

4. Courtney Medwin of Coral Springs, Fla., and Jacqueline Wolford of Columbus, Ohio are the recipients of the 2020 Michael Breschi Scholarships, awarded by US Lacrosse. A total of 27 recipients have received scholarships since the program was established in 2007 to honor the memory and life of Michael Breschi, the son of current North Carolina men’s lacrosse coach Joe Breschi.
