1. New Jersey welcomes a new Division I program

Rider University has announced that it is forming a new NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse program. The Broncs will compete in the MAAC and are aiming to begin play in the 2024 season.

The final episode of Humble Warriors, presented by Maverik Lacrosse, chronicling the 2022 U.S. men’s U21 team is out.

3. Wheelchair lacrosse benefits go beyond the games

One of the benefits of wheelchair lacrosse is helping to bring different groups together to create new opportunities. Wheelchair Lacrosse USA will holds its nationals this weekend.

4. Toronto set to host NLL Draft

The National Lacrosse League will hold its entry draft on Sept. 10 in Toronto, its first in-person draft since 2019.

5. Honoring a legend

We’re very honored to recognize Ohio legend Bill Wolford at our national headquarters. Wolford, a former Ohio State player and longtime coach and contributor to the sport, died last November.
