Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. College athlete endorsements could soon be on the way.

The NCAA Board of Governors supported changes to the name, image and likeness rules that included third-party endorsement opportunities. The proposal will move to the three divisions to vote on, a decision that could come by January and be in place for the 2021-22 academic year.

2. Syracuse women’s lacrosse gets love for offensive star Emily Hawryschuk, but the Orange defense led by Sarah Cooper was rock solid in 2020.

3. Jamie Trimboli. Brendan Curry. Tucker Dordevic.

Syracuse boasts one of the best midfield units in the game, and with Trimboli and Curry returning for an extra year in 2021, the Orange’s top line will be hard to stop.

4. HBO’s “Real Sports” featured Cascade’s efforts to pivot from making helmets to manufacturing facemasks in an effort to help those on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

6. Jeremy Huber’s legacy lives on in Las Vegas.

Huber, the former Johns Hopkins goalie that died from complications with pneumonia and the flue in 2015, was honored by his hometown with Jeremy Mitchell Huber Field in Teton Trail Park.

San Diego Seals' Owner Joe Tsai donated 500,000 facemasks to aid in the fight against COVID-19. Seals' players and president Steve Govett helped deliver some of those masks.
