1. No. 3 LeMoyne scored the final two goals of the game to hand No. 1 Adelphi its first loss of the season in women's Division II action. Adelphi had scored three straight goals to take a 4-3 lead before Monica Sanna and Sidney Hall scored to give the Dolphins (13-0) the 5-4 victory, its first over the Panthers since 2013. Dylan Molloy topped the 300-point mark with three goals and two assists as Brown snapped No. 19 Providence's five-game winning streak with a 13-12 double overtime win. Molloy fed freshman Jack Kniffin for the game-winner with 3:16 left in the second overtime. Brown has beaten its city rival 23 consecutive times.

Bates lived up to its No. 1 ranking in men's Division III with a 19-18 victory at No. 3 Tufts. Matt Chlastawa and Charlie Fay each scored six goals for the Bobcats (11-0), who never trailed in the contest. Over the last four seasons, three of Tufts' seven losses have come against Bates.

No. 6 RIT scored the first five goals and held off No. 12 Ithaca 16-14 on Tuesday afternoon. Ithaca kept clawing back from the early deficit, narrowing the gap to just one goal at 15-14 on Stephen Morrell's goal with 3:34 to play, but RIT's Eli Salama scored just 28 seconds later to put the game out of reach. Chad Levick had two goals and four assists for the Tigers and Steven Ricci won 22-of-31 faceoffs.

The No. 7 Syracuse women's team kept up the momentum from last weekend's win over No. 2 North Carolina with an 11-8 victory over No. 10 Cornell. The Orange, who got a combined 10 points from Devon Parker and Riley Donahue, used a four-goal run in the second half to break a 6-6 tie to win their fifth straight game.

Elizabethtown outscored Washington and Lee 5-0 in the opening quarter and pulled away in the fourth quarter for an 11-7 victory in the last regular season college game to be played at Tierney Field at US Lacrosse headquarters this season. The Blue Jays (11-3) have now won seven straight games and snapped W&L's six-game winning streak.

2. The NCAA named its 2019-2022 championship sites and the biggest news was the men's championship moving from an NFL stadium for the first time since 2002. Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field will host the men's championship weekend in 2019 and 2020, but in 2021 and 2022 Fairfield will be the host at Rentschler Field (University of Connecticut's football stadium). The women's championship will be in Baltimore all four years (three at Johns Hopkins, one at Towson) and historic football venues at Notre Dame and Ohio State will host NCAA men's quarterfinals.
3. A peak at the NCAA men's selection committee rankings shows that RPI might not be as valued in 2017. Patrick Stevens checks in with his weekly bracketology report.
4. An inspiring story from a determined Brendan Clark highlights our high school coverage this week. Six weeks after undergoing brain surgery to remove a tumor, Clark was back on the field for Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Pa.).
5. Landon (Md.) remains No. 1 and Lincoln-Sudbury (Mass.) debuted in this week's Nike/US Lacrosse High School Boys Top 25. Lincoln Sudbury posted a 10-9 victory over Ward Melville (N.Y.). Cold Spring Harbor (N.Y.) and LaSalle (Pa.) also moved into the Top 10.
In the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Girls Top 25, Glenelg (Md.) shot up to No. 8 after handing Notre Dame Prep (Md.) its first loss and beating 2016 Maryland 4A-3A state champion Dulaney. Glenelg is the defending 3A-2A champ in Maryland. McDonogh (Md.) remains No. 1
