The Hofstra women’s lacrosse team announced that Amanda Johansen has been promoted to associate head coach. She completed her second season with the Pride in 2020 after graduating from USC in 2016.

Johansen, who serves as the program’s defensive coordinator and draw coach, has competed with the U.S. women’s national training team.

On the men’s side, Colgate announced the hiring of Andrew Vossler as the program’s new assistant coach.

Vossler spent the past two years at Ohio State. Prior to his time at Ohio State, Vossler also spent time at Jacksonville, Rollins, John Carroll and Adams State.

At Ohio State, Vossler spent time with the faceoff specialists and goalkeepers.
