2. After a lengthy wait for COVID-19, the Class of 2020 entered the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame on Saturday night.

3. The University of Bridgeport is doing a big expansion of its athletic program, including adding a NCAA Division II men’s lacrosse team.

• Cabrini coach Steve Colfer was inducted into the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of USA Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

• Hong Kong’s preparation for next summer’s World Lacrosse Women’s World Championship intensified with its first on-field competition in 30 months.

• Kyle Waters became the first Detroit player selected in the first round of any professional lacrosse league, when Calgary made him their first pick.

• Fans will be excited to see the Colorado Mammoth after a long hiatus of National Lacrosse League play due to COVID-19.
