1. Lou Corsetti, US Lacrosse Southeast Region Director, and Blaze Sports put on a clinic for first-time wheelchair lacrosse players in Atlanta over the weekend.

2. The US Lacrosse webinar series on athletes and mindset will welcome current Penn State women’s lacrosse player Maria Auth and current Premier Lacrosse League star Grant Ament, a Penn State alum, on this week’s episode. Led by Arman Taghizadeh, M.D., (Dr. T), founder of the Mindset Training Institute, this week’s episode is on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. (Eastern).

3. Coaches from 36 collegiate men’s lacrosse programs have led the formation of the Metropolitan Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, aimed at helping to promote student-athletes in the New York Metro area.

4. Former U.S. national team member Fred Opie has dropped the latest chapter in his podcast series with National Lacrosse Hall of Fame coach Mike Messere.

5. Syracuse men’s lacrosse coach John Desko’s National Lacrosse Hall of Fame induction has been delayed due to COVID. The Daily Orange talked with people throughout Desko’s 45-year playing and coaching career at Syracuse.
