1. Air Force scored a coup with the addition of John Grant Jr. to its coaching staff. One of the game's all-time best, and most creative, players will begin his duties on Nov. 26

2. The standoff between the National Lacrosse League owners and the Professional Lacrosse Players Association is starting to have more visible ramifications.

3. From our November print edition - former Duke player and current Team USA doctor Karen Sutton and former Notre Dame All-American and recently announced Premier Lacrosse League player Sergio Perkovic in our Gym Rats series.

4. Team USA standout defensive midfielder Jake Bernhardt, an assistant coach at Vermont, has signed with STX.
