Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. NCAA tournament selections came out Sunday evening, which meant yesterday was the time for our in-depth bracket breakdowns.

Check out our analysis of the Division I men's and women's tournaments, including looks at how seeding was determined, who got in late, who got left out, and more.

2. The Nike/US Lacrosse Top 20s came out yesterday for the final time until the NCAA tournaments conclude.

Duke, Le Moyne and RIT stand atop Divisions I, II and III, respectively, on the men's side. Stony Brook (a No. 5 seed in the tournament), Lindenwood and TCNJ represent the top-ranked squads in those three divisions, respectively, on the women's side.

Inside Lacrosse, the IWLCA, and the NJCAA women's coaches released updated polls yesterday as well. The USILA and the NJCAA men's coaches' polls remain as of April 30.

4. One collegiate national championship tournament already is underway, as the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association Divisions I and II tourneys began yesterday in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Day one proved eventful in Division I, as Cal stunned Colordo to headline the morning session of games and Brigham Young knocked out defending champion Grand Canyon in the evening. Division II games mostly went according to form, but Florida Gulf Coast did upset Sierra Nevada.

5. Before you gear up for the start of the NCAA tournaments, take a visual look back at conference tournament action through the lenses of US Lacrosse Magazine photographers.

6. Yesterday represented a notebook and noteworthy day for the pro lacrosse leagues.

With their respective semifinal victories, Rochester and Calgary put division leaders Georgia and Saskatchewan on notice for the upcoming division finals, headlining our weekly National Lacrosse League notebook.

Meanwhile, last week proved tough for the New York Lizards, and the Charlotte Hounds continued to find ways to win to highlight our Major League Lacrosse notebook.

And on the women's side, the Women's Professional Lacrosse League held its inaugural draft last night. With the first pick, the New York Fight selected Stony Brook's Kylie Ohlmiller.
