1.  Best game, near-miss, biggest surprise, top performances and numbers of note — Patrick Stevens breaks down the opening weekend of the NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Championship.

2. All five Tewaaraton finalists have advanced to the NCAA quarterfinal round. Kenny DeJohn looks at their performances and more in the opening weekend of the NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Championship.

3. Buffalo and Colorado won the respective series openers as the National Lacrosse League has reached the conference final round. Those teams can clinch on Saturday, but Toronto and San Diego will be looking to extend things to a third game.

4. Record-setting North Carolina attackman Chris Gray joined Paul Carcaterra to reflect on his career and look ahead to the Premier Lacrosse League.
