Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. With college lacrosse seasons winding down, expect a lot of the nation’s top senior players to start finding their new homes. On Monday, the MLL’s Boston Cannons announced they had signed Tate Boyce (Providence), James Burr (Boston University) and Charlie Durbin (Princeton) — to the squad. On Sunday, the PLL’s Redwoods LC tweeted out that they had signed High Point’s Tim Troutner.
2. From the May/June issue of US Lacrosse Magazine, Corey McLaughlin takes a deep dive into the formation of the Premier Lacrosse League.
“It’s going to be the best lacrosse product we’ve ever laid our eyes on.”

4. NPR aired a thorough segment this weekend on the debate over headgear in women's lacrosse.
5. Buffalo and Calgary are headed to the National Lacrosse League’s best-of-three championship series.
6. Erica Evans is the all-time leading goal scorer at Canisius. Now, the graduate transfer is tied for Maryland’s 2019 scoring lead with 53 goals. Her five-goal, two-assist performance keyed Maryland’s win over Stony Brook. She’s the Brine/US Lacrosse Player of the Week.
7. Will Pat Spencer play basketball or lacrosse after his Loyola season ends? The question is moot for another week after he scored nine points to help the Greyhounds move to the NCAA quarterfinals. He’s the Warrior/US Lacrosse Player of the Week.
