Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1.  Stanford’s Mikeala Watson was one of four winners of the IWLCA Scholar-Athletes of the Year award. Ella Brockway profiled Watson for us leading into the season.

2. What can’t Rob Pannell do? On Monday night the U.S. and PLL attacker competed on American Ninja Warrior. He went out on the Double Down obstacle.

3. An “attitude of gratitude” dominated at the U.S. men’s U21 training camp, which ended yesterday. Still over a year from their twice-delayed championship, the U.S. team continues to build chemistry.

4. The U.S. women’s national team begins a three-day training camp later today. The camp will be highlighted by a Blue-White exhibition game on Wednesday, June 30.

5. On the eve of the U.S. women’s training camp, all-world attacker Michelle Tumolo was named as the new women's lacrosse head coach at Army.

6. Just two games into his professional career, Jeff Teat tied a PLL record with seven goals. Jack Goods has more on that effort in his weekly PLL Notebook.

• Peter Milliman, head coach of the Johns Hopkins men’s lacrosse team, will add another job title to his international experience – head coach of the Iroquois Nationals Sixes men's team.

• The NCAA Division I Council voted to recommend the Division I Board of Directors adopt an interim policy that would suspend amateurism rules related to name, image and likeness. The board meets Wednesday.

• Former Lasell men’s lacrosse coach Bill Mason has been hired as Bowdoin’s new men’s lacrosse coach.
