Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. The lacrosse community is rallying behind Chris Bocklet, who suffered a severe head injury last week.

Bocklet, a member of one of the sport’s most notable families, is under 24-hour supervision in a trauma unit after the longboarding accident. He is, however, reportedly in stable condition.

The former Virginia star last played with the PLL Chrome after a successful MLL career during which he won the 2014 title with his brother, Matt. Casey Powell launched a GoFundMe to help support Bocklet — which has raised over $117,000.

2. Owen Murphy has left the Johns Hopkins program and entered the transfer portal, according to Ty Xanders.

Murphy, once a highly touted recruit, dropped 13 points in a COVID-shortened freshman season. He was also a member of the U.S. U19 training team in 2019. Teams looking for a young attackman with potential would do well to add Murphy.

3. The IWLCA brought together some of the most trusted voices in the women’s game for the "Future Leaders of the Game: Students of Color Coaching Symposium.”
