1. Go inside the December issue of US Lacrosse Magazine, which recently began hitting our member’s mailboxes. Professional Lacrosse League (PLL) co-founder Paul Rabil appeared on the cover for the eighth time, a publication record.

2. Kevin Crowley, the 2013 Major League Lacrosse (MLL) MVP, has signed a three-year deal to stay with the Charlotte Hounds.

3. I don't think ice is the preferred surface when trying to rip your fastest shot.

4. Joe Resetarits, a member of the U.S. indoor training team, is poised to reward Rochester for its faith in him as we begin previewing the 2019 National Lacrosse League season.

5. Hofstra head coach and U.S. assistant coach Seth Tierney has been named chairman of the advisory board for the PLL.

6 Spencer Ford, a former MLL player and current VP of player personnel for the Atlanta Blaze, has been named special assistant to the commissioner for alumni development by the league.
