Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Lots of good news coming from Major League Lacrosse. The Atlanta Blazed hosted a US Lacrosse TryLax clinic over the weekend and US Lacrosse is partnering with the Chesapeake Bayhawks for its Native American Celebration Night this coming Saturday.


There’s a three-way logjam atop the Major League Lacrosse standings between Boston, Chesapeake and Denver at 6-3. Phil Shore with the weekly MLL Notebook.


2. The U.S. women’s U19 team begins bracket play tonight at the 2019 World Lacrosse Women’s U19 World Championship against Hong Kong (streamed live on Lax Sports Network at 8 pm). The U.S. is last played Sunday, beating Canada 13-5.

3. From humble beginnings, the 30th annual Lake Placid Summit Classic is underway.

4. Chris Jastrzembski of College Crosse is reporting that Rashad Devoe will be the next men’s lacrosse coach at Hampton University.
