1. Three teams are within one-half game of the lead in Major League Lacrosse after Boston’s overtime win against Chesapeake on Saturday night. Phil Shore updates the league in his weekly MLL Notebook.

2. With just one regular season week to go, the Premier Lacrosse League playoff race got a lot clearer after last weekend’s results in Hamilton, Ontario. Jack Goods with the latest from the league.

3. Tickets are now on sale for the 2019 National Lacrosse Hall of Fame induction ceremony, which will be held on Oct. 19 at the Grand Lodge in Hunt Valley, Md.

4. Chris Goldberg of PhillyLacrosse.com shared this remembrance of Philadelphia lacrosse icon Peter Samson, who died over the weekend.

5. Liz Beville, who led Colgate to its first Patriot League tournament victory since 2011 while serving as the school’s interim head coach last year, is the new head women’s lacrosse coach at LeMoyne.
