Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1Regy Thorpe has named the 32-player training team for the 2019 U.S. Indoor squad. The team will have a training camp the weekend of Oct. 19-21 in Columbus, Ohio.

2. The U.S. men's and women's senior teams will take center stage at the Team USA Fall Classic this weekend, but it's also the debut of the 2019 U.S. U19 women's team, which will have an intra-squad scrimmage and an exhibition game against Navy.

3. After a successful run at Wagner, former Syracuse and Team USA star Katie Rowan is taking over the program at Albany, just a few miles from where she grew up.

4. Long Island University is merging the athletics portions of its Brooklyn and Post campuses under a "One LIU" banner. Each campus will have specific sports with men's and women's lacrosse housed on the Post campus.

The Post men's program will move up to Division I, joining the Northeast Conference in 2020. The Post women's and Brooklyn women's programs will merge onto the Post campus and also play in the NEC.

5. Penn women's lacrosse coach Karin Corbett penned a strong blog on the role of parents in the latest IWLCA Behind the Whistle blog series.
