Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Richmond won the Atlantic 10 Conference championship last season, and with senior Katie Sciandra leading the way, the Spiders will look to repeat.

Sciandra, a first-team all-conference attacker, scored a program-record 67 goals for the Spiders. Her career to date personifies adaptability if nothing else. Sciandra, a transfer from Towson, has adjusted quite well to college life at Richmond, and the former midfielder broke out when moved up front initially to help fill a void.

“Fall Ball Focus” took a look at the Spiders and the rest of the league.
