Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. The Tewaaraton Awards Ceremony takes place tonight in Washington D.C. and will be streamed live via Lacrosse All Stars. Ben Reeves is the favorite to win the men's award — he's already won the USILA's Enners Award and led Yale to the national championship. The other men's finalists are Trevor Baptiste (Denver), Justin Guterding (Duke), Connor Kelly (Maryland) and Pat Spencer (Loyola).

The women's side appears to be more wide open with Sam Apuzzo (Boston College), Kristen Gaudian (James Madison), Marie McCool (North Carolina), Kylie Ohlmiller (Stony Brook) and Megan Whittle (Maryland) vying for the honor.

One of the great new traditions of the Tewaaraton event is a youth player clinic put on the day before the ceremony.

2. Boston, currently in last place in the MLL, was busy on Wednesday. The Cannons traded Davey Emala to Ohio for Mark Cockerton and also announced that No. 1 overall draft pick Trevor Baptiste would suit up for the first time for this weekend's game against Florida. Boston's longtime faceoff specialist Joe Nardella will not dress.

3. James Madison topped the final Nike/US Lacrosse Division I women's rankings and the Atlantic Coast Conference finished with five teams in the Top 20.

4. Yale and Duke flip flopped positions in the final Nike/US Lacrosse Division I men's rankings after the Bulldogs downed the Blue Devils in the NCAA final.

5. Bryant’s two-sport star Tom Kennedy is this month’s Give & Go subject.
