1. You won’t find a nicer, friendlier or more liked person in the sport than Trevor Baptiste. The USA gold medalist shared a powerful story from his youth about being black.

2. Lacrosse legends Gary and Paul Gait launched Gait Lacrosse late last year. The company is launching in a big way through US Lacrosse as a sponsor of the U.S. women’s team, the 2021 World Lacrosse Women’s World Championship and a multi-year presence at the US Lacrosse National Convention.

3. World Lacrosse announced that it is pushing back the next men’s world championship until 2023 and it will be played in Los Angeles.

4. The New York Riptide had its inaugural season cut short due to COVID-19 and now the National Lacrosse League franchise announced its entire coaching, including head coach Regy Thorpe, and lacrosse operations staff would be replaced.

5. The 2021 college lacrosse season is likely to be very different from business as usual. The CAA unveiled a unique scheduling format for next year.
