Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1.  Syracuse got its answer — former All-American Kayla Treanor is coming home to lead the school’s women’s lacrosse program. Treanor, also a current U.S. team player, helped lead Boston College to the NCAA championship this year in her role as an assistant coach.

The move was a popular one for current Orange players and her Boston College star Charlotte North sang praises as well.

2. Marquette commit Connor Gorman scored 12 points in the final two games to help Don Bosco win its first New Jersey Tournament of Champions title in boys’ lacrosse. He’s one of the USA Players of the Week.

3. Riley Matthiesen and Bella Rulapaugh led their respective Maryland teams, Liberty and Queen Anne’s, to their first state championships. They’re among our regional players of the week for high school girls’ lacrosse.

4. The Aloha Youth Lacrosse Association is seeking to recapture momentum in Hawaii.
