Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. We love it when lacrosse goes mainstream. That happened twice yesterday with Jules Heninghburg and Caitlyn Wurzburger.

Heningburg, a pro lacrosse player in the Premier Lacrosse League, shared his story via a monologue to the nearly half a million followers of Uninterrupted on Twitter.

The gold-medal winning Caitlyn Wurzburger was showcased in Sports Illustrated’s Faces in the Crowd.

2. Racism drove Nat St. Laurent away from lacrosse for a period of time, but he came back and is becoming one of the sport’s influential figures. Here are some of the top takeaways from his appearance with Paul Carcaterra on our “Overtime” podcast.

3. A compelling conversation with father and son, Miles and Kyle Harrison, on racism in America.

4. Over 300 people joined a CityLax webinar Tuesday night, which provided a platform for prominent men’s and women’s athletes from the professional, collegiate and high school ranks talking about the recent racial injustices surrounding the death of George Floyd.

5. National Lacrosse Hall of Fame member Alice “Putty” Willetts passed away on Saturday at the age of 94. She played on the national team for both field hockey and lacrosse, serving as a captain for both squads in 1955, and was also inducted into the National Field Hockey Hall of Fame.

6. It appears that the Premier Lacrosse League is set to announce the location for its championship series based on this Tweet from last night.
