Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Best of Lax 2022 voting continued for Best Women’s Record-Breaker.

The nominees, found in full here, were all outstanding in 2022 — Abby Hormes, Ashley Humphrey, Charlotte North and Kayla Treanor. But who gets your vote in Best of Lax?

The poll closes at 11 a.m. Eastern on Twitter.

2. Joe Post was named winner of Best Men’s Record-Breaker.

Post, who set the Division III men’s faceoff and ground ball records during his senior campaign at St. John Fisher, took every faceoff of his NCAA career with a wooden shaft made by his father, Tom. (More on that story here.)

3. Another multi-sport star is reportedly returning to the lacrosse field.

Dante Trader Jr., a Maryland safety and former top lacrosse recruit, plans to join the Terps’ lacrosse team this spring. Speaking to media ahead of Maryland’s bowl game, Trader reiterated what he told Ohio State midfielder Mitchell Pehlke in a recent collab on YouTube.
