1. The U.S. U19 team is back home after celebrating a gold medal victory over the weekend. Catch up on the action on and off the field in the third edition of the Vlog.

2. The Boston Cannons finished near the bottom of the MLL standings each of the past two seasons. During that time, however, a core of young stars was developing.
