Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Syracuse women completed a wild comeback Sunday at the Carrier Dome.

Down as many as seven goals in the first half, the Orange roared back to down ACC rival Duke 18-16 in a wild matchup. The Syracuse highlighted a day that included North Carolina’s blowout win over Northwestern and Notre Dame’s victory over Virginia.

Also on Sunday, No. 3 Le Moyne got seven goals from Jessica Meneilly to down No. 1 Lindenwood at USA Lacrosse headquarter. Click here for more on the huge Division II matchup.

2. It was a Salt Lake Stunner at the Jacksonville Lacrosse Classic.

Utah held Jacksonville scoreless and got four goals from Tyler Bradbury to down No. 8 Jacksonville 16-10 on Sunday night at the Jacksonville Lacrosse Classic. Also on Sunday, Syracuse survived a test from Hobart to hold onto the Kraus-Simmons Trophy with an 18-16 victory.

3. James Shipley was a hometown hero for Penn at the Crown Lacrosse Classic.

Shipley, the Weddington, N.C. native, scored the game-winning goal with one second left to clinch the Quakers’ 10-9 win over Penn State in downtown Charlotte. Click here for more.

Also on Saturday, Chris Gray came up clutch for North Carolina in a thrilling win over Denver, Maryland continued its hot start with a win at Notre Dame and Princeton pulled off the upset of Georgetown. Click here for more on a jam-packed Saturday.

No. 1 Le Moyne kept rolling in Division II, downing No. 3 Mercy on the road to move to 3-0.

4. Stony Brook picks up a crucial win in Gainesville.

The Seawolves withstood a late Florida rally to down the Gators 14-13 and score a big nonconference win. Click here for more.

Also on Saturday, Loyola stayed unbeaten with a home win over Penn State, Princeton rallied to beat Cornell and Harvard beat Penn for the first time since 2000. Catch up on all the Saturday action.

In Friday’s action, Colorado got past Vanderbilt and Temple roared back to beat UMBC.

5. We may have seen the goal of week, month, year and decade.

Wes Berg somehow pulled off a diving around-the-world to the near side while in traffic. Words are enough to describe this goal.

Berg’s incredible goal highlighted a strong performance for the San Diego Seals, who took down the Calgary Roughnecks 9-4 on Friday night. The Seals lead the West with a 7-2 record, a game ahead of the Colorado Mammoth.

In the East, Halifax and Buffalo each won high-scoring matchups to stay at the top of the division. Buffalo got an overtime game-winner to down Albany and move to 9-1.
