1. #LaxCon2021 gave the lacrosse community two days of learning and plenty of fun.

The first virtual US Lacrosse Convention got underway on Friday and continued through Saturday evening, bringing some of the biggest names in the game together for the best learning experience in the sport. Missed LaxCon? Register to watch it on-demand here.

Jeff Tambroni gave us a crash course on how he built the culture at Penn State.

2. Could Lehigh men’s lacrosse take home the Patriot League title this season?

With a wealth of talent returning, led by faceoff man Conor Gaffney, could be headed for a successful season.

3. Dartmouth women’s lacrosse lost a few of its top players from 2020, but still hopes to compete for an Ivy league title.

4. Onondaga Community College has canceled its spring season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Syracuse.com.

The Lazers, one of the top programs in the JUCO ranks. Won national championships from 2009-15. Click here for more.

WHAT WE’RE READING

• Matt DaSilva reminds us of the fun that lacrosse season can bring in his latest “From the Editor” column.

• The Athletes Unlimited women’s lacrosse roster just got even bigger. According to Lacrosse Playground, the league added 10 names to the list for its inaugural season of women’s lacrosse this summer, including U.S. national team player pool members Dempsey Arsenault and Sam Apuzzo.

• Many members of the U.S. women’s national team player pool also serve as college coaches. We checked in with a few national team players balancing life as coaches.

• The Moeller (Ohio) lacrosse community is rallying behind 2019 graduate Braedon Titus, who suffered a serious head injury after an accidental fall.

• Deerfield (Mass.) 2021 recruit Kade Goldberg has flipped his commitment from UNC to Georgetown, according to Lacrosse Bucket.
