Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. #LaxCon2020 was a big success with approximately 7,000 lacrosse enthusiasts gathering in Philadelphia. Whether they came to learn from some of the game’s brightest minds, get their picture taken with the sport’s biggest stars or see the latest gear, there was one common theme — a love of lacrosse.

2. The Philadelphia Wings welcomed the lacrosse community to town and celebrated with an 18-10 win over Vancouver on Friday night. Buffalo, Toronto and Saskatchewan also had weekend wins and in the game of the weekend, Halifax stayed unbeaten with a 12-9 win over Colorado.

Jack Goods also had a profile on New England’s Callum Crawford, a big reason behind the Black Wolves hot start.

3. The U.S. women’s U19 team received their world championship rings on Friday night at the US Lacrosse Convention in Philadelphia.

4. The countdown to No. 1 continued last week with season previews for Rutgers (men) and Navy (women), the No. 16 teams in our Nike/US Lacrosse Division I preseason rankings.
