1. News on two of the biggest stories from the spring broke on Sunday night. Ty Xanders of Inside Lacrosse reported that Princeton’s Michael Sowers will use his final year of eligibility at Duke and Chris Jastrzembski reported that Cornell’s Peter Milliman will be the new head men’s lacrosse coach at Johns Hopkins.

2. One of the most coveted women’s lacrosse players in the transfer portal also announced her next stop. USC’s Kerrigan Miller posted to her Instagram on Friday that she would use her fifth year at North Carolina.

3. Reigning NCAA Division II women’s lacrosse champion Adelphi could be locked and loaded for 2021 with the return of a strong senior class.

4. The Mentor Bench Official program in Washington is helping to improve the quality and depth of officials in the state.
