Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Registration is now live for 2019 LaxCon from Jan. 11-13 in Philadelphia.

2. The National Lacrosse League released its 2018-19 schedule on Thursday and Face Off Weekend is set for December 1-2. Highlighting the opening weekend is 2018 NLL champion Saskatchewan playing at 2017 league champion Georgia.

The league’s two new franchises, San Diego and Philadelphia, will open their seasons at home on Dec. 8 and Dec. 15, respectively.

3. Hall of Fame coach Dom Starsia continued his series on leadership with US Lacrosse Magazine, sharing some real-life examples of leadership displayed by his former Brown and Virginia players.

4. U.S. U19 assistant coach Ann Elliott, the head coach at Colorado, shares her thoughts on getting involved with the U.S. team program. You can learn from Elliott in person at the US Lacrosse West Regional Conference from Nov. 30-Dec. 2 in Las Vegas.

5. Lacrosse players Jada Bonner (Regis, Colo.) and Kirsten Littlefield (Mary Washington) are two of the 30 finalists for the 2018 NCAA Woman of the Year Award.

6. After gutting it out through injuries for several months - and still earning All-World honors while scoring the game-winning goal in the championship game for Team USA - Tom Schreiber is ready for surgery to begin the full road to recovery.

7. Brynn Cartelli, a teenage lacrosse player from Massachusetts who gained national acclaim winning Season 14 of The Voice is now up for a People's Choice Award in the "Competition Contestant of 2018" category.
