Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Ally Kennedy is gone, but Stony Brook is becoming a program that reloads, not rebuilds.
“Wait and see” means something entirely different when it comes to the Stony Brook women’s lacrosse program. Head coach Joe Spallina’s warning to other teams in 2022? “Just wait. You’ll see.”
2. Tehoka Nanticoke set to make professional debut.
Tehoka Nanticoke, whose final season at Albany was cut short, has signed a two-year deal with the NLL’s Buffalo Bandits. Nanticoke was the No. 3 overall selection in the NLL draft.
3. The 2022 college schedules are beginning to come out.
One of the early schedules for 2022 is out with High Point releasing its men’s schedule, a slate that includes three ACC opponents and opens with Maryland.
