• Spelman College doesn’t have varsity sports and a request for a club team was denied. That hasn’t stopped a group of students from continuing to play lacrosse. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution with their story.

• Colorado State has long had one of the best men’s club programs in the country — they’ve even appeared on the cover of USA Lacrosse magazine. A look at the historic program.

• Interesting historical read from Quint Kessenich on 15 names every lacrosse player should know.

• Inside Lacrosse is reporting a notable trade in the PLL with attackman Matt Kavanagh going from Redwoods LC to Cannons LC in exchange for John Piatelli and Matt Rahill.

• With the NLL regular season start looming, Albany FireWolves president George Manias announced he’s stepping down from his position.

• Navy has released its 2023 men’s lacrosse schedule, which includes a school-record 15 regular season games.
