Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Georgetown flew under the radar in 2020, not getting the credit as one of the nation’s best. How underrated were the Hoyas this season?

Click here for more on Georgetown.

2. Potentially big news out of the NCAA.

The NCAA's Board of Governors voted to distribute $225 million to Division I schools this June. The number is far less than the initial $600 million that was budgeted for winter and spring sports this season.

3. The absence of lacrosse is not only influencing coaches and players, but officials are feeling the pain of a lost season.

We checked in on a handful of officials who have dedicated their time to being the “third team on the field” and how they’re relying on the community during this time.

4. Angie Benson was more than two years removed from lacrosse when an opportunity at Virginia Tech arose.

Benson, the former Towson goalie that spent her time traveling and studying part-time at home in Florida, took a chance and joined the Hokies. Check out the inspiring story of her return.

5. We all need something to entertain us during this period of time at home.

Check out our recommended listens, both podcasts and playlists. It should keep you going on this Friday.
