Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1.  Major League Lacrosse yesterday announced the rosters for its annual All-Star Game, which is set for July 8 at Papa Murphy's Park in Sacramento, Calif. New York Lizard Joe Walter earned his league-leading ninth selection to the game, followed by teammate Paul Rabil's eighth. Denver and Ohio had seven players selected, most in the league by a team. US Lacrosse members can purchase discounted tickets to the game.

2. Almost on cue, MLL All-Star Marcus Holman scored five goals, including this game winner, and added two assists to lead the Ohio Machine to a 16-15 overtime win at Boston. The win moved Ohio into a first-place tie with Denver at 5-2.

3. The new Women's Professional Lacrosse League will help to develop leaders, according to founder Michele DeJuliis.

4. Inaugural St. Bonaventure men's coach Randy Mearns is excited to build a winner at the small private college in Western New York.

• The Murray (Utah) Journal asked a local high school, which once fielded club lacrosse, if it will bring back boys' and girls' teams in the wake of the state athletic association announcing its sanctioning of the sport effective 2019-20.

• The Hutchinson (Minn.) Leader profiles the sister act that got the town's high school program off to a fantastic start over the last few seasons.

• More sisters. The Daily Gazette of Schenectady, N.Y., highlights Shenendehowah High School sisters, separated by a school year, that have committed to play at Syracuse

• More Syracuse. Orange alum and MCLA tournament director Matt Holman has been named the general manager of Team Uganda, per kawowo.com.
