Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Junior is back.

John Grant Jr., recently ranked by USLM as the MLL’s top all-time player, re-signed with the Denver Outlaws for a 14th season of professional lacrosse. Grant Jr. returned in 2019 following a brief retirement, breaking the league’s all-time scoring record last summer.

2. During Pride Month, US Lacrosse and US Lacrosse Magazine are celebrating those in the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.

Back in March of 2016, we profiled four members of the lacrosse community that identified as gay. We wanted to shine a light on these brave individuals. Hear from Princeton coach Chris Sailer, then-12-year-old Braeden Lange, MCLA coach Kyle Hawkins and former Dartmouth goalie Andrew Goldstein in "They Stand with You."

3. Dom Starsia writes that, at a time like this, we need to aspire to lead.

The legendary coach shared stories of personal sacrifice among his players at Virginia — young men who decided to put their teammates’ welfare over team success. Check out his latest column posted on Thursday.
