Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1Staff writer Nelson Rice with a must-read feature about Jarrod Neumann.

The Chaos star and Providence alum didn’t pick up a lacrosse stick until his senior year of high school. A natural athlete, Neumann has used his inquisitive nature to help pair knowledge with his skills.

Matt Striebel, his former high school coach at Northampton (Mass.), said Jarrod is the “great lacrosse story.”

“He came from nowhere in a lacrosse sense and reached the pinnacle of the game through all the virtues you want a player to have,” Striebel said.

A fierce competitor who is respected around the Premier Lacrosse League, Neumann is set to take the field for the PLL Championship Series later this month. Before the tournament begins, check out his story here.

2. More PLL jersey designs are here.

On Wednesday, the league unveiled the first uniform kits for Waterdogs LC. The PLL dropped jersey designs for Chaos LC, Chrome LC and Redwoods LC on Thursday. The rest of the league’s new uniforms are coming Friday.

Each of the new uniforms features mottos stitched into the neckline, and the league teased what’s to come Friday.

3. Virginia and Navy men announced their incoming freshmen classes.

Virginia, still technically the defending national champion, will welcome 10 freshmen next season. Navy will bring aboard 19, including two five-star commits and four four-star commits.

See Virginia’s group of 2024s here, and Navy’s here.
