Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Michael Sowers was the front runner for the men’s Tewaaraton Award when the 2020 season was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now on a new team at Duke, he’s easily winning them over. “He’s making us all better,” said All-American JT Giles-Harris.

2. The 2021 US Lacrosse Convention begins a week from today and here are 10 numbers to remember from LaxCon.

LaxCon will also welcome former NFL quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, World Cup champion Kristine Lilly and media personality Jon “Stugotz” Weiner with a session geared towards lacrosse parents.

3. Recapping the IWLCA’s Future Leaders of the Game: IWLCA Students of Color Coaching Symposium, a two-day event that included 37 NCAA Division I, II and III and NAIA student-athletes from the graduating classes of 2019-22.
