1. The roster is now 24, just one above the final 23-player limit, for the 2020 U.S. men’s U19 team as they get ready for this summer’s world championship in Ireland.

2. One of the players moving on is Notre Dame freshman Patrick Kavanagh, who hopes to follow in the footsteps of his older brother, Matt, the MVP of the 2012 U19 world championship.

3. The Pac-12 Networks will air 18 women’s games and one men’s game during the 2020 college lacrosse season.

4. Stony Brook’s Ally Kennedy and Joe Spallina used to butt heads, but the duo is now on the same page for the No. 12 Seawolves.

5. Jeff Teat is one of the most dangerous — and feared — players in the country. If No. 12 Cornell can improve on faceoffs and get him the ball more, watch out.

6. Dave Cottle, who led Chesapeake to the 2019 MLL championship, is stepping down as head coach of Bayhawks. Former Florida Launch head coach Tom Mariano, an assistant for the Bayhawks last year, will take over.

7. US Lacrosse members can save on the 2020 Inside Lacrosse Face-Off Yearbook, a comprehensive guide to the NCAA season.

• Ohio State women’s lacrosse has named Lyndsey Munoz as a volunteer coach working with the Buckeyes’ goalies. Munoz played goalie for new OSU coach Amy Bokker at Stanford.

• Veteran NLL player Ryan Benesch is one of the players thriving with the new franchise in Halifax.
